Coach Doornink is the 2023 Midwest Region Inspiring Coach of the Year awarded by Brooks Running! In 2021, Coach Doornink was awarded the WCCCA COACH OF THE YEAR and was selected to present at the 2023 WCCCA Coaches Clinic on team culture and the success of our Pirate XC program to 250 high school and college coaches across the state of Wisconsin.
